How Millennials Think


In the two decades prior to the turn of this century, it became increasingly evident that we were encountering a different kind of learner in our schools. Once that educators were ill prepared to educate. As the tail end of Generation Y prepares to enter college, I think it’s important for us to look back on what we’ve learned about facilitating learning for this cohort and its implications for the future.

A recent blog post on sums it up nicely. While this is a marketing company, they have taken their cues from academic research and have a really good grasp on what we as educators need to know about our students. Check it out.
